Sausage, Potato, and Onion Dinner is hearty, tasty, and very easy to prepare. Add a green vegetable to the dish or make a side salad for a well-rounded meal.

Sausage, Potato, and Onion Dinner
Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch wide pieces (I use turkey)
3 medium potatoes, washed and sliced
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
¾ - 1 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Sauté the onion over medium heat until translucent.
Add the potatoes and cook until slightly tender.
Add the sausage and water.
Cover and simmer until heated through.
Add salt and pepper to taste
