Amazon Woes

I admit that I'm an Amazon fan and a very frequent patron. Amazon does an excellent job of offering an abundant, variety of products and ease of ordering and returning merchandise. But when they don't list a product correctly, selling that product is nearly impossible. Such is the way with my new book.

You may remember from past posts that Amazon was slow to list that Tranquility. Transformation. Transcendence was available. For months, it stated that only pre-orders were accepted. This also prevented anyone from writing a review.

In addition to this error, the title image was missing. I messaged Amazon multiple times and either didn't receive a response or got one that was incorrect. Amazon said the publisher hadn't uploaded the image to Ingram, which is where they get their information. But this wasn't true. ACTA Publications did submit all that was needed. Other buyers, such as Barnes and Nobles and Books a Million, which also get their information from Ingram, have everything for a correct listing on their sites.

If anyone is interested in Tranquility. Transformation. Transcendence, please know the book is available from my publisher, ACTA Publications, and my website. And I offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S.

Not being able to offer this book to readers after years of work leaves me quite frustrated.
